How to be a Solopreneur Leader

Getting your proverbial foot in the client’s door hinges on leadership.

“People buy into the leader before they buy into the vision,” according to John Maxwell, an author, speaker and leadership coach. You cannot expect clients to open their doors to do business with you unless they trust you, connect with you and see and feel your positive energy. You must become a solopreneur leader.

Where do you start?

Be clear about who you are, what you value in life and business and what makes you stand out from everyone else. When you discover this force or superpower and then share yourself unabashedly, people will be drawn to you. They will respect your confidence and passion and see your value.

Remember, “People may hear your words, but they feel your attitude,” according to Maxwell. Developing your solopreneur leadership will help you open more client doors and close more business.
